100 Day Money Back Promise Terms and Conditions

The 100 Day Money Back Promise applies to all sex toys and bondage items.

Lubricants, better sex items, gifts and games are excluded.

To make a claim under the 100 Day Money Back Promise you must:

• complete a Returns form to let us know you are returning a product.
• return the unwanted item within 100 days of receiving it.

Once we have reviewed and accepted your claim we will issue you with a full refund. Refunds will take up to 14 days to appear in the account from which you made your payment.

Please note that you may only return a single item from an order under the 100 Day Money Back Promise.

The number of refunds you may receive under the 100 Day Money Back Promise is limited entirely at SHOP18’s discretion.

If you return a product outside of the returns periods stated above and it is not faulty, we will dispose of it in a safe and responsible manner. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. This also applies to any non-SHOP18 items we receive.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges.

Special Offer Terms and Conditions

If you have a faulty product that you bought on special offer, please return it to us and we will be happy to send a replacement.

If you wish to have a refund, you will need to return all your Special Offer items or pay for the outstanding item.

If you wish to keep an item that was received free, we can deduct the cost of it from your refund.
