Last order times (UK only)

These are the latest order processing times to qualify for delivery service timescale.
Monday to Friday
  • 5 day delivery – before 6pm
  • 2 working days (not guaranteed) – before 6pm
  • 1 working day Premium delivery – before 5pm
Saturday
  • 5 day delivery – before 12pm
  • 2 working days (not guaranteed) – before 11am
  • 1 working day Premium delivery – before 12pm
Sunday
  • 5 day delivery – before 4pm
  • 2 working days (not guaranteed) – before 2pm
  • 1 working day Premium delivery – before 10am

During checkout, select the ‘Click & Collect’ service to have your parcel delivered to one of over 7,000+ local collection points in the UK.

Please note that you’ll need to bring ID with you when you collect your parcel.
